DESIGN-BUILD?

Design-Build is a method where a single contractor, hired by the owner, is responsible for taking a project from start to finish. The contractor is responsible for installation and the integrity of the design. Using this method, the owner can save time, money, and reduce administrative burdens, all while increasing quality of the work being done.

The Design-Build process combines allows the project to begin even before the final design is completed. Adjustments and design changes can easily be made.
